Why I Love This Cookie Recipe
These chocolate chunk chickpea cookies are sure to satisfy your craving. My cookies contain 1 gram of fat and 1.7 grams of protein. Comparatively, a store-bought cookie has a fifth of the protein and double the fat! Did I mention you can also eat the raw cookie dough? That's right - no eggs here, and that means you can eat the dough without having to bake.
In addition, these cookies can be customized, keep reading to learn my favorite ways to customize. Furthermore, you can pair these cookies with my chocolate sauce for an added indulgence.
Satisfy Your Craving And Add More Ingredients

In my last batch, I experimented with additional add-ins and found the below to work great. I've also included a list of things I think would be great to add as well.

Walnuts or almonds
